-When messaging me for a quote; please have a clear reference of what
you want from multiple views, a small description would be helpful too
if any thing is unclear on the ref. Little things like "large ears" help
me understand that you want extra big ears and its not just your style
of drawing. Please use proper grammar so I can understand what you are
saying. Be patient with my reply! Especially if you are waiting for a
quote. I'm a horrible procrastinator about answering.
-If i am closed for commissions; no i will not save a slot for you and
no I will not contact you when I open. You need to keep your eyes open
and contact me.
-In most cases i will not accept materials from people wishing to get a
discount by sending me fur/other things. I prefer to use the materials I
have because i know they are high quality.
-Be aware quotes can expire if I change prices.
-NO MORE SMALL COMMISSIONS! this means no more just hand paws or just
feet paws. The only small item i will be taking without a head
commission is a tail. That means partials, fullsuits, and heads! I'm
sorry but making paws and bodysuits can be quite annoying and boring, I
need to stick with bigger projects.
-Only note me about a quote if you are serious. If you want a rough
number you can look above and estimate. Answering 10 quotes and only
getting one commission out of the batch is frustrating. I don't sit down
and calculate each suit price for fun.
-prices include shipping inside the u.s.
-payment: Paypal is highly preferred
-do not commission me if you are highly allergic to dogs. I do not live
with any dogs but do come in contact with the dog at my parents house
frequently and her fur can find its way into my house.
-completion time is about 3 months but will vary, i can not grantee
anything will be finished by a preferred date such as a convention but i
will take it into account and do the best i can. Quality work is better
than quick work. Be safe and commission me months in advance.
-A down payment is required for a commission. i will not begin until you
pay at least a portion of the price. I am very flexible with payments
after that. I will however hold your finished commission until full
payment has been made for up to 3 months. After that I reserve the right
to sell your commissioned item and you will not be refunded.
-If you wish to cancel your commission the down payment is non
refundable. The rest will be refunded but I will sell what i have
finished of your commission, changing the look to the best of my
ability.
-If you are under the age of 18 you MUST have parental permission. NO
commissions for anyone under the age 14. These are expensive works of
art I put a lot of time and effort into, not toys. Since I cannot easily
enforce this rule I am trusting my commissioners are trust worthy and
honest people.
-If you have a PhoenixWolf Fursuit that is in need of repair please feel
free to note me about it. I offer a free one time repair session unless
the damage was the cause of your poor fursuit care (ex. Feet paws
coming apart from jumping on trampoline or walking in puddles) all I ask
is that you pay for the shipping to me, I shall pay for shipping on the
return route.
-If you would like to upgrade your old PhoenixWolf Fursuit with my
newer, higher quality work then I offer a discounted replacement
commission as long as it is the same or a very similar character.
